Gym and Sports is a family story and part our DNA. It all started with my father Clifford Golam who started his first Sport centre in 1993.
 

From there we have been dedicated in helping individuals be in shape and have a healthy type of life.
 

I am a passionate, an addict, a dedicated person and a hard player. By this I mean it is an important part of our nature and identity. I will be your coach and mentor and look forward to plan your individual programs while teaching correct techniques.
